You all know about that musical phenomenon called “dubstep” right? You know, the music that some people love and some people describe as a musical nightmare? Well, if you haven’t heard of it, I invite you to check out what is probably the most iconic of dubstep tunes, and I’ll allow you to decide for yourself weather or not you like it.
I’m linking you to a song here with this link here. (The craziness begins at minute 1:17)
Regardless of your conclution, I believe that BeardStep is something we all can, nay, we should all get behind. Why on Earth wouldn’t the next musical phenomenon have something/everything to do with facial hair? I can see no reason. You can see no reason… There is no reason!
p.s. If for some odd reason, you’re interested in who created the sound portion of the BeardStep video, you can check him out here. His name is British Luke Dyton the 3rd of the United Kingdom. (LDUK)
p.p.s. Also, if you’re in to knitting, that sweet knit beanie that is so prominently featured in BeardStep, was hand crafted especially for me by the wonderfully talented Eliza Jarvi of pinewappleboyfilms, and Platoon of Power Squadron. (The greatest web series to ever exist.) You should check out her blog. She makes awesome stuff!
Thank you all for your patronage. Blah.. I am just awful at concluding blog posts.
First and for most interbone, thanks for putting up with my relentless ability to not follow through with things. Finally, the panther vote is revealed! Also, a whole bunch of other nonsense. Oh and about the youtube layout business, I realize that we’re all going to be switched over to the new layout soon, honestly, I was just looking’ for something to talk about as a conduit for some jokes. :) But if you really wanna vote on it, here is a poll right below!
Thanks a buttload ch’yall!
Bye.
Hello everybody. I certainly hope you like this collection of slow motion and regular motion kitten collations. The Scottish Folds were about 3 and 1/2 months old when this was filmed. As you can see, Sgt. Grumbles hasn’t quite figured out the whole how to land after jumping thing just yet. He’s about 7 months old now, and honestly still hasn’t figured that part out. Soy Sauce, on the other hand, is the greatest jumping cat I’ve ever seen. There will be more videos on both of the aforementioned topics in the near future.
Word up ma’ baaaaaybies!
Greetings The Interbone!
So the panther has long since had a special spot to call his own. In fact, he hasn’t had a spot on our walls since two whole apartments ago! That’s several many months-years I tell yah! So let’s put that to an end right now shall we? First, if you haven’t already, watch the video above. Then, vote in the poll below.
Where should I mount the Inspirational Panther?
Total Voters: 877
The poll will be open ’til Nov 11, 2011 @ noon.
You can vote once per day, so I invite you to come back and vote as often as you want.
While you’re here, (this is sort of the un-offial launch” of my re-designed website) why don’t you take a look around. Tessa and I are going to be uploading a brand new photo of Sgt. Grumbles and Soy Sauce, every day until there are no more days left… In the world. That feature, creatively, is called “Daily Kitten!”
So feel free to check that out, comments on the photos will be eligible to become the title of that days photos. So, get out your funny suits, and start commenting.
Again, because I hate it when you have to sign up and register for websites, here at van awesome.com, you don’t have to sign up for anything. If you have a Facebook account, then you’re already logged in via Facebook, if you don’t want to do that, then you can comment as a guest. Simple dimples.
Thanks again for making the effort to come here and vote, you can subscribe to website updates via RSS. I can’t wait to find out where the Panther will be delivering his special brand of inspiration from this point forward.

So Sgt. Grumbles and I were watching Sunday Night Football, and I suppose he saw how comfortable I was reclining the eve away in my favorite recliner, and decided to assume the same position. Luckily, I had my phone on me, and was able to grab this vid. This cat is most certainly following in Bonky’s footsteps when it comes to achieving maximum comfort.
That Sgt. Grumbles is good people.
Greetings Bonk fans. If you don’t know already, we got two new kittens! Bonky’s shoes will be tough to fill, but we think you’ll love these little dorks-a-plenty! We sure do.
